Made in the USAThe Larson Electronics GVP-48-3L-LED-G2-6C is similar to our popular explosion proof LED fixtures and provides an LED alternative to fluorescent fixtures that provides longer lamp life and higher performance. These 3 LED tube lamp fixtures produce more output with longer lamp life and are vapor proof and impact/ vibration resistant. Please note that this unit is vapor proof and not approved for use in hazardous locations. The GVP-48-3L-LED-G2-6C is equipped with three specially designed LEDT8-28W-V1 LED T8-series bulbs which produce 2,940 lumens each and have a correlated color temperature of 4500K or 5600k. The GVP-48-3L-LED-G2-6C, four foot long, three lamp LED light fixture is designed for those who wish to replace or upgrade from fluorescent equipped fixtures and offers better light output and longer lamp life with reduced maintenance costs. With no ballast and three solid state LED tube style lamps, this fixture draws 84 watts at 0.7 amps on a 120 volt power source while offering durability and versatility that common fluorescent fixtures cannot match. This fixture is equipped with 6` of 16/3 SOOW cable and terminated in a cord cap. We have eliminated the ballast box normally associated with fluorescent fixtures which reduces overall weight and creates a slimmer unit profile. There is no ballast in this unit and the included LED lamps have a 50,000+ hour service life, both of which result in extreme efficiency and greatly reduced maintenance costs. The solid state design of the LED lamps give this fixture superior resistance to damage from vibration, extremes in temperature, and a lamp service life over twice that of standard fluorescent bulbs. The 28 watt LED lamps produce 30% more illumination than standard T8 fluorescent bulbs. The GVP-48-3L-LED-G2-6C is multi-voltage and operates on any voltage from 110V to 277V AC 50/60hz. We also offer this vapor proof fixture in a low voltage 12-24V DC configuration. Integral aluminum heat sink tube backings provide cool operation and long LED life, while a simple latching system seals the lens cover to the housing and provides easy access for re-lamping. Plug Types: 5-15 Standard Wall Plug: This 2-prong plug and socket design, with two flat parallel non-coplanar blades and slots, is used in most of North America and on the east coast of South America on lamps; consumer electronics such as clocks, radios, and battery chargers; and other double insulated small appliances. This is the standard American wall plug. 5-20 and 6-20 Plugs: These 2-prong plugs have one veritcal blade and one horizontal blade. The 5-20 is commonly associated with 120V twist-lock style outlets, while the 6-20 is commonly associated with 250V outlets. L5-15 & L6-20 twist-lock: Once pushed into the receptacle, the plug is twisted and its now-rotated blades latch into the receptacle. To unlatch the plug, the rotation is reversed. The locking coupling makes for a more reliable connection in commercial and industrial settings, where vibration or incidental impact could disconnect a non-locking connector. The L5-15 is standard for 120V receptacles, and the L6-20 is standard for 240V receptacles. Schuko Plug: The schuko style socket forms a cavity into which the 2-pin plug is inserted. The Schuko plugs and sockets are symmetric AC connectors. Schuko plugs are considered a very safe design when used with Schuko sockets, but they can also mate with other sockets to give an unsafe result. This unit is designed to be either surface mounted or hung from cable or chain and includes built in mounts.
