The EPL-HB-5K-LED from Larson Electronics is a Class I Division 1 explosion proof hazardous area LED light fixture designed to withstand harsh conditions and provide operators with superior illumination while using much less power than traditional lights, such as metal halide fixtures. The EPL-HB-5K-LED features easy installation in both new construction and retrofit projects, as well as extremely durable die cast aluminum construction. The explosion proof LED lights are ideal for a wide variety of applications and hazardous environments.The EPL-HB-5K-LED explosion proof LED light fixture is rated for Class I Division 1 Groups B, C & D, Class II Groups E, F & G and Class III hazardous environments. The LED lighting unit is also rated for marine environments, wet locations and hose down areas with both NEMA 4X and IP66 ratings. The EPL-HB-5K-LED has a 60,000+ hour rated service life and can operate 24/7 for 365 continuous days. This LED luminaire is shock and vibration resistant with no filaments or glass components that can break and is equipped with shatter resistant explosion proof glass.Light Information: The EPL-HB-5K-LED offers operators a bright source of light for a large variety of hazardous environments and in areas that require continuous source of consistent light levels in areas with extreme ambient temperatures.
