Made in the USA The VPLHL-26W-PC-150 from Larson Electronics is a Vaporproof Trouble Light / Hand Lamp / Drop Light that is both waterproof and vapor proof and constructed and certified to prevent the intrusion of water and/or moisture into the handle and/or head when used as instructed in wet locations. This 26 watt vaporproof work light from Larson Electronics comes complete with a 150 foot long 12/3 SOOW cable for long range and convenient operation. This waterproof and vaporproof drop light features a rubberized, insulated handle to provide a safe and secure grip and a stainless steel wire guard enclosure to protect the glass dome. Vaporproof lights are constructed and certified to prevent water and/or moisture to enter the handle and/or head when used as instructed in wet locations. Rubberized handle improves operators grip and stainless steel mesh guard enclosures protects glass dome. Stainless hook enables operator to hang this task light overhead. Effective wet area task lighting that illuminates 5 feet in all directions with 3 foot candles of light, which is approximately the same amount of light available directly under a street light. The 150 foot long SOOW 12/3 AWG cable ends in a standard straight blade 5-15 plug on US 120 Volt 60hz models. 230V models are equipped with an L6-20 plug. OSHA requires the light to be plugged into a GFI protected outlet. This lamp illuminates an area approximately 8 feet wide in all directions, is certified waterproof and vapor proof, and suitable for use in wet areas.
