The Larson Electronics EPO-20A Explosion Proof Outlet is designed for power connections in combustible facilities and hazardous locations. This receptacle is rated at 20 amps and operates with 125V AC or 250V AC. Constructed of copper-free aluminum with an electrostatically applied baked powder epoxy/polyester finish, the NEMA rated outlet is protected by a heavy-duty cover.

The EPO-20A ensures secure electrical connections in Class I, II and III rated combustible locations. This 20-amp receptacle is offered in 125V AC or 250V AC. Equipped with a 2-pole, 3-wire configuration, the unit features a spring-loaded cover for protection. The straight blade outlet is constructed of copper-free aluminum with an electrostatically applied baked powder epoxy/polyester finish. This power accessory is NEMA rated.

This outlet is a mate for the Larson Electronics EPP-15A and EPP-20-A explosion proof plugs and is compatible with all the Larson Electronics explosion proof lights we make with an explosion proof plug.

Hubs: The delayed action unit is available in a feed through or dead end configuration. The feed through option includes two, 1/2" NPT or 3/4" NPT hubs on both ends of the receptacle and allows the source to power the receptacle while wired through the unit.ÊThe dead end option terminates the current at the receptacle and comes with one, 1/2" NPT or 3/4" NPT hub.

Mounting: The explosion proof receptacle features four, 1/4" mounting holes at every corner of the unit for permanent mounting installations.

Inter-Compatibility: These units are compatible with Crouse Hindª plugs under catalog number ""ENP5151" and Hubble-Killark Acceptor¨ plugs under catalog number "UGP-20231, UGP-20232". Due to possible manufacturer changes we cannot guarantee interchangeability although we have made every effort to ensure cross compatibility correctness.

Applications: Industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, inspections, chemical processing facilities, confined spaces, mining operations, detailed tasks, warehouses, hallways, construction sites and other hazardous locations applicable to this unit.
