The HID-X968 from Larson Electronics is a Pair of HID Spotlights with weatherproof nylon housings and precision metal reflectors. These HID spotlights each produce 3200 lumens and operate on 9-32V DC voltage. Each HID-X968 spotlight features a borosilicate hardened glass lens and is available in both a spotlight and flood light configuration. As a spotlight, each HID light projects a beam up to 2300 feet long. In the floodlight configuration, each HID-X968 fixture covers an area 250 feet wide by 250 feet long. The spotlights included with the HID-X968 are a versatile and durable solution for a wide variety of different lighting needs and applications including ATV, motorcycle, mountain bike and other automotive applications. Each spotlight has a 5.5" outside diameter, is 5.5" in depth and weighs only 1.4 pounds. The superior lighting power of these HID spotlights provide ample illumination to even the darkest of locations. Light Information: Each spotlight included with the HID-X968 features a 35 watt HID Xenon D2 type lamp that produces 3200 lumens of lighting power and has a color temperature of 7000K (bright white). The internal 35W HID ballast features instant on operation and takes only 3 seconds to come up to full power. Precision metal reflectors and a borosilicate hardened glass lens work to ensure the highest amount of light is projected forward for superior lighting power in any situation. When operating on 12V DC, these HID spotlights have a start load of 4.8 amps and a 3.3 amp average draw over 60 seconds. When operating on 24V DC, the each HID-X968 spotlight has a 2.4 amp draw on start and a 1.7 average amp draw over 60 seconds. Durability: The HID-X968 spotlights have a durable weatherproof nylon housing and a tough borosilicate hardened glass lens that helps them stand up to even rough and abusive conditions. These HID spotlights feature an IP67 waterproof rating which means that they are both dust-tight and that no harmful amount of water may enter the housing when the spotlight is temporaily submerged to depths of up to one meter. These lights also have a vibration resistance of 8.6 Grms and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Mounting: Each HID-X968 spotlight features an adjustable bracket connected to the bottom of the spotlight and can be stud mounted.
