Made in Texas The MGL-208.3P-15KVA-2X115.3P.20A from Larson Electronics is a Temporary Power Distribution System that converts three phase 208 V AC electrical current into three phase 115 V Delta. This unit provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 208 V AC power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* Portable Power Distribution Purpose and Use: The MGL-208.3P-15KVA-2X115.3P.20A portable power distribution system gives operators the ability to power their compatible equipment from a single system. On the primary side, operators connect three phase 208 V using 20` of #8 Type W cord. On the secondary side, operators connect to two L11-20R twist lock receptacles for 240 V equipment. All receptacles are equipped with weatherproof covers. Operation: A 20` #8 Type W cord brings three phase 208 V power to the NEMA 3R 60-amp 250V three phase primary disconnect, which contains three 50-amp time delay fuses, and passes power through to the transformer. The NEMA 3R 15 kVA transformer converts 208 V to 115 V Delta three phase 60 Hz and passes the current to the secondary side. The secondary side of the transformer feeds a NEMA 3R 100-amp 115 V Delta three phase main lug only panel. This secondary side contains two 20-amp 3-pole 250 V breakers protecting two 20-amp 250V L11-20R receptacles. Two run-flat rubber tires and a dolly cart style mounting platform provides easier substation mobility, and a center point lift point allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units are available up to 150KVA and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted. Certification: Larson Electronics is a UL 1640 panel shop and certified to build portable power distribution systems. All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code) and certified to UL 1640. All equipment is NEMA 3R rated for indoor and outdoor use and provide a degree of protection against dirt, water, and ice. NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request.
