Terrible product and worse customer service
Got 2 of these on 2 separate orders. Both were defective and mechanically failed very quickly in exactly the same way, due to cheap and weak plastic connections on an otherwise metal and very expensive fan. I have used MANY cheap plastic fans and NEVER had an issue like this, it is absolutely terrible construction. Weeks later, lightingandsupplies continues to ignore my attempts to return the defective product. I will need to contact airking directly to let them know about this behavior, and also dispute and chargeback via my credit card servicer.
