T8 to T5HO Socket Converter. Ten sockets included with each order.In order for the T5HO to function, operator must first change out the T8 ballast to a T5HO ballast ad use these sockets to mount the T5HO bulb in the standard T8 socket. The pin configuration is for a T8 socket and inside the socket you can fit a T5HO bulb. This is a very inexpensive option to consider when changing over from the old T8 fluorescent to the newer, more efficient T5HO configuration.
