This unit provides an effective power distribution system for operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance and cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and repairs, and any activities requiring an alternative to native power sources. The portable breaker panel is designed to operate with 208Y/120VAC voltage. The power distribution on this portable panel runs 208Y/120VAC through a 60-amp main breaker. Wiring: The MGP-208Y.120V-60A-3PH-1X60A-4X20A-30C comes with 20` of #4 SOOW cord. Power: Operators bring 208Y/120V three phase line-in power using 20` of #4 SOOW cord into the 208Y/120V three phase 60-amp NEMA 3R main circuit breaker panel, which contains one 60-amp 3-pole 250V breaker protecting one 60-amp 600V rated HBL26521 receptacle and twelve 20-amp 1-pole 125V breakers, with four of the twelve 20-amp 1-pole 125V breakers protecting four 20-amp 125V 5-20R GFCI receptacles. The load center is mounted within NEMA 3R enclosure. The transformer and load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a standard upright steel dolly cart style frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and mobile power distribution platform. A cart style mounting platform provides easier substation mobility. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units are available up to 150kva and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted. Applications: This power distribution system is NEMA 3R rated and ideal for indoor/outdoor use and applications including but not limited to; construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations.
