The Larson Electronics MDC-120.240V-200MCB-1X2P30A-2X2P50A-10X1P20A-20C Mobile Distribution System accepts 120/240V AC single phase electrical current on the primary side and provides 120/240V AC single phase via output receptacles on the secondary side. This unit provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 120/240V AC power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. The cart-mounted, portable spiderbox is suitable for outdoor applications.

The MDC-120.240V-200MCB-1X2P30A-2X2P50A-10X1P20A-20C temporary power distribution system offers a safe and reliable way for operators in industrial settings to tap into and utilize power sources independently of the work area. This unit provides an effective power distribution system for operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance and cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and repairs and any activities requiring an alternative to native power sources.

The portable spiderbox is designed to operate with single-phase 120/240V AC. The power distribution system on this portable substation makes 120/240V AC available via two 50-amp CS6369 receptacles for 120/240V equipment, one 30-amp L6-30R receptacle for 240V equipment and ten 20-amp 5-20R GFCI duplex receptacles for 120V equipment. All receptacles are protected by weatherproof covers.

Operation: A 20` #1/0 Type W line-in cord brings single-phase 120/240V AC into the NEMA 3R 200-amp, single-phase 120/240V main circuit breaker panel. The main circuit breaker panel contains two 50-amp 2-pole 250V breakers protecting two 50-amp 125/250V CS6369 receptacles, one 30-amp 2-pole 250V breaker protecting one 30-amp 250V L6-30R receptacle and ten 20-amp 1-pole 125V breakers protecting ten 20-amp 125V 5-20R GFCI duplex receptacles. The load center is mounted within NEMA 3R enclosure.

Protective Construction: The distribution assembly is mounted to a standard upright steel dolly cart style frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and mobile power distribution platform. This temporary power distribution spiderbox can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Full power distribution units are available up to 150kva and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted.

Certification: All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code). All equipment is NEMA 3R rated for indoor and outdoor use and provide a degree of protection against dirt, water, and ice. NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request.

Grounding: Transformer is grounded to the frame and we provide a grounding lug on the frame for the earth ground.
