Made in the USA This explosion proof portable power distribution system is designed to step down 480V three phase power to 120/208Y and deliver the secondary voltage via 20-foot #4Type W cable. Operators will tie off the line in cable to a pre-existing 480V breaker via a 20-foot #6 SOOW cable and use the secondary cable to energize 208 devices on the secondary side. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* The line-in cable feeds a 30KVA transformer encapsulated in an explosion proof aluminum enclosure. The line-in and line-out cables pass through machined and tapped holes with explosion proof cord connectors. The secondary side of the encapsulated transformer feeds the explosion proof 100-amp main breaker panel. The panel itself is a fully integrated, fully encapsulated aluminum panel with machined and tapped holes for input and output wiring via explosion proof cord connectors The transformer and panel assembly are secured within the 2-inch stainless steel tubing frame and mounted to a 3/16” thick stainless steel deck.
