This explosion proof 200 mW laser operates on 120V AC or 240V AC and features a sturdy aluminum build.

The EXHL-TRN-LE5-CRN-RED-200MW-1227 incorporates a red LZRWL-CRN-RED laser that can be seen clearly during busy crane operations. This 200mW powerful laser pointer is equipped with a special optic in front that allows it to project a 120¡ angle line onto the floor of the work location or area where the crane is operating. Designed to operate on 120V AC or 240V AC, 50/60 Hz, it is mounted on the arm of a crane and projects a 120¡ angle line, 60¡ angle line or 30¡ angle line onto the floor of the work location or area where the crane is operating.

A small profile, high durability and versatile mounting makes these crane warning lasers ideal for industrial manufacturing applications and anywhere requiring overhead crane safety lights. Similar to forklift safety lights, this product will add an additional level of safety to the industrial environment by warning pedestrians of a crane`s movement when sound warnings may not be enough.

Durability: The EXHL-TRN-LE5-CRN-RED-200MW-1227 explosion proof red laser from Larson Electronics is rated NEMA Type 3, 4, 4X, 7 (B,C,D) and 9 (E,F,G) and designed to withstand the rigors of demanding environmental and operating conditions while remaining lightweight and easy to use. These units can operate in temperatures of -40¡ Celsius to 50¡ Celsius, are waterproof to 3 meter and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and the lenses are shatterproof borosilicate glass.

Mounting: This explosion proof laser features an adjustable surface mount bracket for seamless control. The included adjustable flat surface bracket has two set screws on the bracket, allowing operators to loosen the mounting bracket, adjust the laser`s tilt orientation, and re-tighten to hold the unit in position. A single thru-hole mounting bolt allows operators to adjust the rotation of the fixture by loosening one bolt.

Wiring: Terminal strips inside the unit allow operators to make electrical connections. Wiring is fed through rigid pipe to the 3/4" NPT hubs on either side of the fixture and tied in to the fixtureÕs terminal strips, completing the electrical connection.
