This explosion proof 5mW laser operates on 12-24V DC and features a sturdy aluminum build. The EXHL-TRN-LE5-CRN-RED-1224 incorporates a red LZRWL-CRN-RED laser that can be seen clearly during busy crane operations. This powerful laser pointer is equipped with a special optic in front that allows it to project a 45¡ angle line of light instead of just a single dot. It is mounted on the arm of a crane and projects the beam onto the floor of the work location or area where the crane is operating. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and the lenses are shatterproof borosilicate glass. Mounting: This explosion proof laser features an adjustable surface mount bracket for seamless control. The included adjustable flat surface bracket has two set screws on the bracket, allowing operators to loosen the mounting bracket, adjust the laser`s tilt orientation, and retighten to hold the unit in position. A single thru-hole mounting bolt allows operators to adjust the rotation of the fixture by loosening one bolt. Wiring: Terminal strips inside the unit allow operators to make electrical connections. Wiring is fed through rigid pipe to the 3/4" NPT hubs on either side of the fixture and tied in to the fixture`s terminal strips, completing the electrical connection.
