The Larson Electronics LM-30-3S-ATM-TLR-MOD1 portable communication tower is a cell on wheels that provides a quick way for operators to deploy equipment for mobile communication operations. This unit features a heavy-duty mast that can be elevated to 30 feet and an antenna mount pole (located at the top of the tower). Equipped with a 24U deep server rack and wiring blocks, the entire assembly is mounted onto a 14` single axle trailer, allowing operators to transport this unit (folded over) from location to location. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* The LM-30-3S-ATM-TLR-MOD1 is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy mobile communication systems in temporary locations and remote sites. The tower can be extended to 30` above the trailer floor for maximum area coverage, and collapsed to 12` for applications where a footprint smaller is required. The tower is constructed of square steel tubing with a lower section 12` in length and 4" by 4" by 1/8" thick, middle section 9.5` in length and 3" by 3" by 1/8" thick, and an upper section 8.5` in length and 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick. Each section has 1` foot of overlap. This cell on wheels comes with an antenna mount pole (OD 2") at the top of the tower. Operators may use the trailer to store communication devices and other supporting equipment, such as cables, electronics, amplifiers, monitoring systems, The LM-30-3S-ATM-TLR-MOD1 features a weatherproof 24U deep server rack, which can be used to hold, organize and protect customer-provided equipment. Inside the rack, 19" of space is available for electronics. Constructed of galvanized steel, the outdoor rated compartment is compatible with four 120x120x40mm (12V DC to 60V DC) coolers. This portable communication tower is mounted to a 14` by 6`, single axle trailer via six 1/2" anchor bolts. The two wheel trailer is equipped with 5,4000 lbs axle and leaf springs with 15" trailer tires. The trailer can support and haul an additional 3,500 lbs of equipment. A standard 2" ball coupling, two standard safety chains, and 4-pin flat trailer plug allow for easy hookup and towing. The LM family of telescoping towers feature a proprietary mast guidance system, which provide increased stability during high winds. Four 1,000 lbs hand crank leveling jacks are used for leveling. The jacks can be leveled by hand crank or attachment provided for power drills. These outriggers can be extended 2` out from the side of the trailer for added stability. When lowered to 12`, the mast can withstand winds up to 125 mph. Custom builds can be provided for higher wind speed resistance when fully raised. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier or flatbed. Larson Electronics can customize these units according to customer requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. For example, the LM-40-4S is another model that reaches to a length of 40`, with base section 11.25` in length, lower section 11.25` in length, an upper section 11.25` in length, and a top section 11.75` in length. We also offer a choice of either manual or electric winches, finishing, and equipped light heads. Winch options include 1,000 lbs hand winches (included standard) or optional electric winches for standard light towers, and heavy duty winches and hoists for high payload units. Powder coating color can be customized (the standard mast is gloss blue). Tower location on the trailer bed can be tongue mounted, front of the trailer bed, or center of the trailer bed.
