This spotlight has a 10 watt LED bulb which produces a light beam approximately 650` long. This spotlight includes 20 feet of 16/2 SOOW straight cord between the spotlight and PWM dimmer, a 120-277V AC waterproof and 5 feet of 16/3 SOOW cable terminated with a general area cord cap for easy connection to household outlets and equipment power sources. This durable and weatherproof spotlight is ruggedly designed to withstand heavy duty use and includes a 20 foot straight cord, PWM inline dimmer, inline transformer and general area cord cap to allow connection to any standard 110V wall outlet. This light contains a single 10 watt LED bulb paired with a precision aluminum reflector and borosilicate hardened glass lens. This beam is strong enough to allow operators to read signs, license plates, addresses and other similar markings at the far end of its total range.This spotlight is built for durability and comfort with an impact resistant housing, an ergonomically designed 5 inch tall polycarbonate handle that matches the contours of your hand, and a light head that can be adjusted vertically. Operators may disconnect the transformer from the unit for 12-32V DC operation including 12V and 24V DC allowing it to be used with any vehicle or ATV equipped with a low voltage DC power source. The PWM dimmer must remain connected for the spotlight to retain the dimming capablities the inline dimmer allows for.Dimmer Information: The dimmer included with this unit is a Pulse Width Modulator Controller designed to dim the LED light of the HUL-LEDP1X10W-DIMM-110V. Basically, this is a voltage regulator for LED lights drawing 12 amps or less. PWM controllers are CPU controlled, digital alternatives to resistance based rheostats. This PWM controller has a rotating switch that enables the operator to control the brightness of the LED light. Thus, many operators will use this as a "dimmer" switch. It produces 135Hz and is equipped with male and female 2 pin Deutsch connectors so that it can be used inline. This PWM can be used as a handheld or it can be surface mounted.
