The WAL-LED-HL-MX4 from Larson Electronics is an LED Work Area Headlamp that produces a maximum of 185 lumens on the highest setting and features 4 different operation modes to provide operators with an ideal setting for the current operation at hand. The lightweight polymer housing combined with the low profile and high-visiblity adjustable strap allow this headlamp to be used on helmets, hard hats, heads and even those with visors or shields. The WAL-LED-HL-MX4 is an incredibly versatile and powerful LED headlamp that is packed with features. The large push button switch allows users to power the headlamp on and off as well as toggling between the four available modes of operation. The four modes of operation are as follows: high spot (185 lumens, 6.75 hr. runtime), low spot (65 lumens, 20 hr. runtime), high flood (20 lumens, < 80 hr. runtime), and low flood (10 lumens, < 150 hr. runtime). This LED headlamp is capable of producing a beam 207` long on the highest setting and runs on (3) AAA batteries. The bright coloration of this unit allows for easy visibility both while the headlamp is being worn and when it is being stored and makes it very hard to lose. The adjustable strap can be used with a bare head, hard hats, and helmets including those that feature visors or shields. The WAL-LED-HL-MX4 is rated IPX7 waterproof which means that it can survive full submersion for 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter and completely retain its original function.
