This 15 watt explosion proof LED work light from Larson Electronics produces 2250 lumens of bright white light and comes complete with an explosion proof cord reel with spark proof ratchet mechanism. The EHL-LED-7W-200-HR-V2 LED drop light has no ballast and the housing is constructed of non sparking aluminum which results in a very lightweight unit. This hazardous location hand lamp is Class I, Divisions 1 and 2 and Class II Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous location environment approved.

The non sparking reel contains this unit`s 200` of 16/3 SOOW Cord for convenient cord management. This explosion proof reel and LED hand lamp can be installed and used within the hazardous location area, making it ideal for hazardous work areas where a ready source of easily managed lighting is desired.

This 15 watt LED drop light is suitable for use in areas where petrochemical vapors and various dusts are present and projects 2250 lumens of light, which is twice the lumens per watt output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb. This unit is rated Class I, Division 1 and comes complete with 200` of SOOW 16/3 AWG cord ending in a 5-15 straight blade plug. The Class I, Division 1 rated reel contains 200` of SOOW 16/3 AWG cord, a spark free ratchet and explosion proof slip-ring housing and meets federal specification JC-580A.

This hand lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn`t need to drag the ballast housing around. This can be particularly annoying when the ballast becomes entangled in the cord. This explosion proof LED hand light operates on standard 120-277 Volts AC Hz for US voltages. The light produced by this unit has a 6000 K color temperature, which is much sharper and whiter than the light produced by incandescent lamps. The light produced by this lamp is ideal for close work and inspection activities where good contrast and true color representation is needed. The LED lamp in this unit runs much cooler than incandescent or fluorescent lamps, resulting in a lamp housing that remains cool to the touch and eliminates the accidental burns often encountered with incandescent drop lights.
