Made in the USA The EPLRL-80-4.2W-HR-BGC is an Explosion Proof Reel providing Class I, Division 1 UL rating, as well as a Class II, Division 2. This reel is ideal for petroleum facilities, waste water treatment plants, grain storage and handling silos, paint booths, underground mines, chemical plants, and much more. The explosion proof unit features a bronze grounding clamp at the end of the cable for grounding. ***PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO THIS HAZARDOUS LOCATION LIGHT FIXTURE*** The unit includes 80 feet of 4/2 Type-W cable rated at 600V and is ready to install a portable explosion proof fixture to the end. These reels are built with modular components, coupled with a spark proof ratchet and hazardous location slip ring housing. This cord reel is equipped with a standard two piece adjustable cable guide, a quick change spring canister replacement with external spring torque adjustment, and a 10 foot feeder cord. The EPLRL-80-4.2W-HR-BGC comes with a bronze ground clamp to ensure positive grounding connection. This T-style component features a 400-amp rating and a 1-1/2 inch jaw opening (up to #1 cable). A grooved texture underneath the clamp and its circular design ensures secure connection on irregular shapes, pipes, rods and other structures. For added clamping power, a strong spring supports the handle of the grounding clamp. This grounding cable clamp is anti-static with neoprene or/pvc insulated handles, which offers resistance to marine environments and natural abrasion.
