e The Larson Electronics EPS-PB10-MS-MOD1 Explosion Proof Momentary Push Button Switch is Class 1 & 2, Division 1 & 2 rated for Hazardous locations. This button is used specifically as an "Open Gate" switch and is Labeled above the button. The EPS-PB10-MS-MOD1 Explosion Proof Push Button Momentary Switch is factory sealed, eliminating the need for adding sealing fittings and compound at each conduit entrance. This unit is built to be heavy duty, and is rated for 10 ampere at 600 Volts. The switch is enclosed in a separate sealing chamber, and the sealing chamber has smooth, double flanges that mate both to the cover and the mounting enclosure to provide flame tight joints. The pigtail leads from the push button are factory sealed in sealing well. Operators connect to the switch via an internal terminal strip. The screws consist of stainless steel hex head screws and attach the sealing chamber to cover and mounting enclosure. The button is offered in red, green, and black. This unit is offered in dead end or feed thru configurations, with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT hubs. The EPS-PB10-MS-MOD1 housing is made out of malleable aluminum body with an aluminum cover, and is epoxy powder coated for a natural finish. This switch is in compliance with UL Standard 698.
