The EXP-EMG-EXT-26W-EB from Larson Electronics is a Class I Division 1 & 2 Explosion Proof Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) Exit Sign with Emergency Battery Backup. The EXP-EMG-EXT-26W-EB is designed to be able to withstand harsh conditions and hazardous environments with a durable aluminum construction. This 26W CFL exit sign with emergency light operates on 120-277V AC voltage and includes a sealed lead acid battery for emergency situations. The EXP-EMG-EXT-26W-EB produces 450 lumens during emergency power situations and features an external ballast and external battery pack.The EXP-EMG-EXT-26W-EB is rated for Class I Division 1 & 2 Groups C & D, Class I Zones 1 & 2 Groups IIA & IIB, Class II Divisions 1 & 2 Groups E, F and G and Class III hazardous environments. This emergency exit sign is constructed from durable and corrosion resistant copper-free aluminum and has a Baked-on epoxy/polyester powder finish for increased durability. The exit sign is fully sealed and has a NEMA 3 rating for protection against the ingress of dust and water.
