The cleat is manufactured from UV resistant plastic, making it cost effective and ideal for holding rope in an outdoor environment. The side fixing gives a short length, ideal on a narrow surface. The cleat is used by some customers to hold anchor lines on small fishing rafts and ropes in window frames.
