A trim and tilt device for spindling moving an outboard engine assembly. The piston rod has an upper end pivotally coupled to a swivel bracket of the outboard engine assembly, and the casing has a lower end, pivotally connected to a transom bracket set up on the stern of a boat. It is best to tilt your outboard up when leaving your boat in the water to avoid the growth of marine elements preventing corrosion which will damage the metal parts.
