The top of the tube has been welded into place, but the bottom is left open to allow you to remove debris from the line with a rod easily. Depending on your needs, the ball-end will enable it to be connected with the bow eye or anchor rope cleat. This threaded splash well tube includes a stainless steel ball for easy access when needed.
