e2XHD Unity Ultra Low Loss Breakout Cassettes
Breakout Cassettes are designed for connection to electronics with LC-style ports and aggregating SFP ports to a QSFP+ (40G) or CXP (120G) port. The cassettes manage polarity to maintain, transmit, and receive connections between parallel optics and SFP connectivity. The cassette easily snaps in and out of rack-mount UHDX panels and enclosures facilitating rapid installation, adds, and changes in the network. Breakout cassettes are ideal for applications using 40G-10G and 120G-10G.
- Available in OM3, OM4 and OM4+ multimode and OS2 singlemode fiber
- Cassettes use bend-sensitive fiber

- Extreme Networks Black Diamond Series switches
- Cisco Nexus 7000 Series switches
- 40G breakout cassette uses 8-fiber MTP connectors (male)
- 120G breakout cassette uses 24-fiber MTP connectors (male)
- Optional IP-5x-rated, internal shutters on LC adapters eliminate the need for dust plugs to reduce waste, speed deployment, and ensure safer installation
