Please scroll down for rental rates The Larson Electronics RNT-EHL-LED-7W-50-1523 Explosion Proof LED Drop Light / Trouble Light is U.L. approved Class 1 Division 1 & 2 Groups C and D - and is ideal for general work activities in hazardous locations requiring explosion proof protection. T,his explosion proof light is available in 12V AC or 24V AC light configurations. This 10 watt explosion proof LED work light from Larson Electronics produces 1050 lumens of bright white light and comes complete with 50 feet of explosion proof cord. The RNT-EHL-LED-7W-50-1523 LED drop light has no ballast and the housing is constructed of non sparking aluminum which results in a very lightweight unit. This hazardous location hand lamp is Class 1, Division 1 and 2 and Class 2 Division 1 and 2 hazardous location environment approved. This explosion proof LED drop light is ideal for hazardous work areas where a ready source of easily managed lighting is desired. These particular units also come standard with an explosion proof twist-lock plug. The plug is Class I, Division I & II and Class II, Division I & II rated. In order to complete the seal, operator must take twist-lock explosion proof plug and connect to an explosion proof outlet receptacle. This unit is rated Class 1, Division 1 and comes complete with 50’ of SOOW 16/3 AWG cord ending in a 5-15 straight blade plug. This hand lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn`t need to drag the ballast housing around. This can be particularly annoying when the transformer becomes entangled in the cord. This explosion proof LED hand light operates on standard 120-277 Volts AC Hz, 12V AC, or 24V AC for US voltages. The light produced by this unit has a 6000k color temperature, which is much sharper and whiter than the light produced by incandescent lamps. The light produced by this lamp is ideal for close work and inspection activities where good contrast and true color representation is needed. The LED lamp in this unit runs much cooler than incandescent or flourescent lamps, resulting in a lamp housing that remains cool to the touch and eliminates the accidental burns often encountered with incandescent drop lights.
