This unit is for rentals The Larson Electronics RNT-EHL-LED-120XLV-100 Explosion Proof LED Drop Light / Trouble Light is UL Listed Class 1 Division 1 & 2 Groups C and D - and is ideal for general work activities in hazardous locations requiring explosion proof protection. This 7 watt explosion proof LED work light from Larson Electronics produces 735 lumens of bright white light and comes complete with 100 feet of explosion proof cord. The EHL-RNT-EHL-LED-120XLV-100 LED drop light has no ballast and the housing is constructed of non sparking aluminum, which results in a very lightweight unit. This hazardous location hand lamp is Class 1, Division 1 and 2 and Class 2 Division 1 and 2 hazardous location environment approved. This explosion proof LED drop light is designed with a 12 volt or 24 volt LED bulb to operate with 12VDC or 24VDC current for low voltage operation. 100 Watt Incandescent Bulb With the EHL-LED-120X12-100 Click Photos to Enlarge Click Photos to Enlarge Click Photos to Enlarge This 7 watt LED drop light is suitable for use in areas where petrochemical vapors and various dusts are present and projects 735 lumens of light, which is twice the lumens per watt output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb. This unit is rated Class 1, Division 1 and comes with 100’ of SOOW 16/3 AWG cord ending in a 5-15 straight blade plug. This hand lamp has a high efficiency LED bulb that requires no ballast, so the operator doesn`t need to drag the ballast housing around. This can be particularly annoying when the ballast becomes entangled in the cord. This explosion proof LED hand light operates on 12 Volts DC or 24 Volts DC for for low voltage operations. An included inline transformer allows this unit to plug into a standard outlet and operate from 110-277VAC, then steps the current down to 12V/24V DC for operating the lamp. The light produced by this unit has a 6000k color temperature, which is much sharper and whiter than the light produced by incandescent lamps. The light produced by this lamp is ideal for close work and inspection activities where good contrast and true color representation is needed. The LED lamp in this unit runs much cooler than incandescent or flourescent lamps, resulting in a lamp housing that remains cool to the touch and eliminates the accidental burns often encountered with incandescent drop lights.
