Made in the USA *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, OR SUBSTATIONS* Portable Power Distribution Purpose and Use: TheMPD-2x480.100-2X480.60-45K-12X120.20 portable power distribution system gives operators the ability to power their 480 volt equipment and their 208Y/120V equipment from a single system. On the 480 Volt primary side, this power distribution system offers two 100-amp 3-wire, 4-pole receptacles (AR1042) and two 60-amp 3-wire, 4-pole receptacles (NR642). On the secondary side, operators can use twelve 20-amp, 120V GFCI duplex outlets for single phase equipment. Protection: Operators provide line-in cable connections to the primary 480V, 400-amp main breaker NEMA 3R panel. The primary main breaker protects the 60-amp and 100-amp breakers protecting the AR1042 and NR642 receptacles. A 60-amp breaker protects power to the 45KVA NEMA 3R transformer which steps down 480 Volt 3-phase to 120/208Y 3-phase. The transformer passes power to the twelve 20-amp breakers 120/208Y NEMA 3R panel that protect the twenty-four 208Y/120V GFCI receptacles with watertight covers. Click Photo to Enlarge The transformer is mounted on a 3/16" thick carbon steel mounting platform and the load center/distribution assembly is mounted to the standard 2" x 2" x 1/8" square carbon steel tubing frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable and well protected power distribution platform. This model is equipped with four heavy duty polyurethane 8" casters, forklift skid pockets and a top located lifting eyelet which allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. This can be replaced for an additional cost with stainless steel, hot dip galvanized steel, or aluminum depending on the customer`s needs.
