This unit provides an effective power distribution system for operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance and cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and repairs, and any activities requiring an alternative to native power sources. This portable breaker panel is designed to operate with three-phase 480V AC voltage. The power distribution on this portable panel runs three-phase 480V through a 60-amp main breaker using a 25` #8 cord with a 60-amp 460P7W 480V cord cap. The NEMA 3R main breaker panel contains six 10-amp 3-pole 480V breakers protecting six 20-amp 420R-7W 480V receptacles. All receptacles are equipped with weatherproof covers. Wiring: This portable power distribution system comes with a 25` #8 cord and a 60-amp 460P7W 480V cord cap for line-in connections. Power: The main load center is protected by a 60-amp load center with main breaker for circuit protection. The load center is mounted within NEMA 3R enclosure. The transformer and load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a standard upright steel dolly cart style frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and mobile power distribution platform. Two run-flat tires and a cart style mounting platform provides easier substation mobility. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units are available up to 150kva and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted.
