This unit provides an effective power distribution system for operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance and cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and repairs, and any activities requiring an alternative to native power sources. This portable panel is designed to operate with 480 volts. The power distribution on this unit runs 480V AC through a 600-amp main circuit breaker panel. This unit is equipped with explosion proof outlets. During operation, the power distribution system must be used outside of the hazardous location. Wiring: The portable power distribution panel comes with a set of (4) 20` female camlock connectors for the input side of the panel. Power: A set of four panel mount male camlock inputs (brown, orange, yellow, and green) bring 480V AC three-phase to the 480V 600-amp main circuit breaker panel. The panel is protected by a 600-amp load center with breakers for circuit protection. This portable panel is equipped with six 100-amp breakers, protecting six 100-amp explosion proof outlets. The load center is mounted within the NEMA 3R enclosure. Two run-flat tires and a cart style mounting platform provides easier substation mobility. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units are available up to 150kva, and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted. Applications: This power distribution system is NEMA 3R rated and ideal for indoor/outdoor use and applications including but not limited to; construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations.
