This power distribution system provides operators the ability to safely tap into power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. This unit provides an effective power distribution system for operators performing plant turnarounds, maintenance and cleaning in hazardous areas, equipment installations and repairs, as well as any activities requiring an alternative to native power sources. The portable panel is designed to operate with 208Y/120V three phase voltage. The power distribution on this portable panel runs 208Y/120V through a 200-amp main lug only panel. One set of 120V 315-amp male camlock inputs (blue, red, black and gray w/ green ground) feeds power to the panel. The main lug only panel contains four 50-amp breakers, protecting four 208Y/120V 60-amp 560R9W receptacles. One 200-amp breaker, protecting one set of 120V 315-amp female camlock outputs (black, red, blue, gray w/ green ground) is also available. All receptacles are protected by weatherproof covers. Wiring: The MGP series of portable power distribution panels require operators to provide their own line-in cables for use. Knockouts are provided for convenient installation of operator provided cables. Power: The main load center is protected by a 200-amp load center. The load center is mounted within a NEMA 3R enclosure. The transformer and load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a standard upright steel dolly cart style frame, resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and mobile power distribution platform. Two run-flat tires and a cart style mounting platform provides easier substation mobility. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units are available up to 150kva and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted. Applications: This power distribution system is NEMA 3R rated and ideal for indoor/outdoor use and applications including but not limited to; construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, hazardous location operations, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations.
