The Larson Electronics WAL-TP-LEDB-6R-M Portable LED Strobe Light offers powerful signaling in outdoor and industrial locations. This beacon is mounted on an adjustable industrial aluminum tripod that can be raised from 3.5 feet to 10 feet. Powered by a lithium-ion battery, the strobe light is visible at distances up to 500 feet at night.

The compact, high powered LED beacon contains an LED lamp assembly that produces 360¡ of brilliant light without the dark spots or unevenness of traditional incandescent beacon lights. This 5-watt unit has a colored lens and is powered by a rechargeable 2,000mAh lithium-ion battery. During use, the strobing beam is visible at distances up to 500 feet at night. Color options include: red, blue, green, amber, white, purple or red/blue. With no need for wiring or external power sources, this light is ideal for applications where a signal light is needed on an occasional or temporary basis.

LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Charger: The WAL-TP-LEDB-6R-M comes with a 120V AC charger with a 5-10P cord cap or a DC charger with a cigarette plug for charging the internal battery. During deployment, the charger can be removed for portable operation.

Tripod: This waterproof beacon is securely attached to the top of the industrial aluminum tripod via a magnet and steel plate. This mounting solution raises the beacon from 3.5 to 10 feet in height. The tripod is constructed of industrial aluminum and can hold up to 150 pounds of equipment.
