The EPCS-1X3PS.HOA-24V-PTM.5K from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Variable Frequency Drive Remote Control Station for Class I, II and III rated work sites. This explosion proof unit features a three position selector switch for activation and a rotary dial for speed control of the connected VFD. Constructed from non-sparking aluminum, this remote control station contains one 3/4" or 1/2" NPT hub for completing input/output connections. The EPCS-1X3PS.HOA-24V-PTM.5K is designed to facilitate remote control for variable frequency drives in flammable environments. This explosion proof unit contains a three-position (hand/off/auto), maintained selector switch. Operators may also access a rotary dial for speed control, which features 0-10V input. Speed control is provided by a 5K Ohm potentiometer. This explosion proof remote control box requires connection to the start, stop and speed control signals of the VFD. Constructed of non-sparking aluminum, the NEMA-rated unit is weatherproof. The EPCS-1X3PS.HOA-24V-PTM.5K offers superior corrosion resistance and is suitable for Class I, II and III rated combustible sites. Wiring/Mounting: Operators can completing wiring connections and mounting on surfaces, walls or conduits via a 1/2" or 3/4" NPT hub.
