Larson Electronics Bar Clamp Mount for LED Emitter Lights Only

A simple aluminum bar clamp mount to attach the LED emitter lights to various tubes, rails, bars and pipes. These bar clamps are not adjustable. Instead you select the size that matches the installation tube stock. The top portion of the mount has a through hole that enables the operator in pass one of two 1/4-20 bolts through it and secure that stud with a Nylock nut. The Nylock nut and bolt are provided with each bar clamp and each LED emitter light. There is a recessed surface surrounding the through hole to accommodate the unique aluminum mount and rubber bushing combination found on each LED emitter light. Small machine screws secure the bottom half of the clamp to the top portion. The installer simply affixes the light to the top portion and places the assembly on the rail or bar. The bottom portion is positioned and secure with the machine screws, cinching the clamp tightly to the bar. An additional set screw at the very bottom of the mount adds additional security for bars that are slightly off size (metric outer diameters). The mounting surface for the bar clamp is offered in a curved surface and a flat surface. The curved surface models are designed for the LEDLB series light bars, allowing the fixture to be adjusted after mounting. The flat surface is designed for trunnion mount and light fixtures with a flat mounting bracket. These aluminum bar clamp mounts are sold in pairs, since the LED lights are soldwitha number of mounts divisable by 2.The smaller emitters require only a single pair ofbar clamp mounts, while the longer LED emitter lights require severalsets. The aluminum bar clamp mounts are ideal for mounting the LED emitter lights to boat rails, ATV rails, roof racks, conduit or other roundtube stock applications. Each bar clamp mount is machined from aluminum andeither clearor black anodized for protection from oxidization. These mounts are lightweight, non-intrusive and durable. Alternative bar clamp mounts include the BC-2, which adjusts to any size tube stock and offers a simple top mounting plate and accommodate all the shorter length LED emitter lights.
