The WALTP-RPS-WP500 rechargeable LED light tower extends 3.5` to 10` and provides high intensity output and telescoping tripod tower versatility for operators looking for an economical yet effective alternative to quartz halogen tripods. This unit is powered by a 1.5 kWh external battery pack, which supports AC and PV charging. This 50-watt unit consists of a powerful LED light head mounted on top of a telescoping tripod tower. Operators may extend the tower to heights between 3.5` and 10` for elevated illumination. The lamp contains four, 12.5-watt LEDs with a waterproof aluminum housing that is powder coated for added durability and resistance to corrosion. These housings incorporate integral cooling fins for efficient heat dissipation and increased LED longevity. This LED lamp assembly is protected by a shatterproof polycarbonate lens which is secured to the housing with a waterproof seal. Powering the LED light head is a 1.5 kWh rechargeable li-ion battery pack. The unit comes with versatile AC and PV charging options. Standard output power for this unit is 500 watts with peak output reaching 700 watts. The battery pack supports 120V AC or 240V AC output options. A Type G AC output socket/charging cable is supported by this unit. This product can be charged using solar panels (PV) with a max input voltage of 150V DC and MPPT input voltage of 18~50V DC. AC charging options include 88~264V AC input voltage with 327 watts max charge power. For seamless transportation and handling, a pop-up handle may be deployed, which is located at the top of the battery pack. Illuminated green indicators display the charging status of the unit when it is in use. A button activation system allows operators to toggle the power of the battery pack on/off. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps. Telescoping Tripod: The heavy-duty aluminum tripod is durable, lightweight and adjustable to any length between 3.5` and 10`. The tripod legs collapse and the light head bracket is removable for simple portability and deployment. The rugged construction of this tripod and the light weight of the LED light heads help to make this a very stable unit, even in windy conditions. Wiring: The WALTP-RPS-WP500 comes with a 15` cord for completing power connections from the LED lamp to the external battery pack. A standard 5-15 cord cap can be found at the end of the cord, allowing operators to plug the unit into compatible extension cords or mainstream outlets when the battery pack runs out of power.
