Made in Texas The Larson Electronics MGL-240-5KVA-3X50A-6X20A-30C.QD temporary power distribution system converts 240V AC current to single phase 120/240V AC. This power distribution system provides operators the ability to safely tap into and distribute 240V AC power from a variety of sources including generators and direct grid power. On the primary side, operators connect 240 volt line-in power via a 30` #4 Type W cable with a 3100P6W cord cap and a 3100C6W connector at the other end of the line-in cord for facilitating quick disconnection. The primary side also contains one 3100B6W 250V receptacle for powering 220V equipment. On the secondary side, operators connect to two 360R6W 250V receptacles for 220V equipment and to six duplex GFCI receptacles for 120V equipment. A 30` #4 Type W cable, which is equipped with a 3100P6W cord cap and a 3100C6W connector at the other end of the line-in cord for facilitating quick disconnection, brings 240V single phase power into the 100-amp split-bus main circuit breaker panel. The panel contains three 50-amp breakers protecting one 100-amp 3100B6W 250V receptacle and two 60-amp 360R6W 250V receptacles. Protected by a single breaker on the panel, the 5 KVA transformer converts 240V to 120/240V AC single phase and feeds the second bus on the panel to three 20-amp breakers, protecting six 20-amp duplex GFCI receptacles. All receptacles are equipped with weatherproof covers. Protective Construction: The transformer and load center/distribution assembly is mounted to a powder coated steel, dolly cart style frame resulting in an extremely stable, durable, and mobile power distribution platform. Two run-flat rubber tires and a dolly cart style mounting platform provides easier substation mobility, and a center point lift point allows easy lifting with cable or chain hooks. This temporary power distribution solution can be modified to meet the needs of job-site receptacle requirements. Units are available up to 150 KVA, and can be equipped with skids or trailer mounted. Certification: Larson Electronics is a UL 1640 panel shop and certified to build portable power distribution systems. All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code) and certified to UL 1640. All equipment is NEMA 3R rated for indoor and outdoor use and provide a degree of protection against dirt, water, and ice. NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request.
