The Larson Electronics PLM-30-CCTV-RS485-PC-2XCOAX-FC-AC Pneumatic Light Mast with air compressor and internal CCTV cable provides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy security cameras and other electrical equipment to elevations up to thirty feet. This 30` telescoping light mast features an internally ran cable with (1) RS-485, (2) coaxial composite cables, and (1) power composite cable for powering customer provided cameras. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO LIGHT MASTS OR LIGHT TOWERS* Larson Electronics’ telescoping pneumatic light tower mast is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting and other electrical equipment in locations where this equipment must be elevated to heights up to 30 feet for effective application. This light boom can be extended to 30 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 8.25 feet for closer more intense illumination. This light tower ships complete with mounting platform, internal wiring, and air compressor to make the PLM-30-CCTV-RS485-PC-2XCOAX-FC-AC a complete solution. The tower is constructed of high strength, heat treated aluminum tubing for strength and durability. This tower is comprised of five sections, and includes a locking top mounting plate for easy removal of lights or cameras. The mast is elevated using an air compressor, sold separately. An air release valve located at the base of this pneumatic mast allows operators to lower the tower. All wiring in internal, meaning no loose wiring when collapsed. The PLM-30-CCTV-RS485-PC-2XCOAX-FC-AC includes an internal wiring harness with (1) RS-485 bilinx coax cable, (2) coaxial composite cables, and (1) power composite cable with 12 inches extending from both ends of the tower. Click Photo to Enlarge This pneumatic light mast is air powered, and ships complete with a 115V air compressor and pressure switch. The pressure switch is set at the correct pressure level required to keep the mast in the air. With the pressure switch, operators leave the air compressor powered on. When the PSI drops below the set level, the switch will turn the air compressor on automatically, ensuring the mast stays deployed. A 44" wide and 2" by 2" by 1/4" thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for light fixtures and equipment. These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces via a 13" by 15" by 1/4" thick mounting base-plate which has been drilled to accept six mounting 9/16" anchor bolts. This light tower weighs 400 lbs, and can easily support and lift 150+ lbs fixtures. When fully extended, this light tower can withstand winds up to 70 mph without guys. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximately 12 feet long, 4 feet wide, 3 feet tall and weighs 350 lbs. Larson Electronics can custom tailor these units to the customer’s requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates. Suggested Applications: Lighting and security camera deployment.
