So, what's going on here? You may have a "spun" propeller hub. In other words, because the hub has failed, the engine no longer turns the propeller. To get back on track, you'll need a spare hub kit. HUB KIT J/E Suzuki 70-115 Horsepower 15Spline (11500900) is now available for purchase. The propeller hub protects the lower-unit gears, although they can wear out due to age, heat, or an accident. Having a spare hub kit on hand is an excellent idea at all times.
