The 9/16" - 1 1/16" Stainless Steel (10/Box) (530065) hose clamp will help to tighten the connection between the two hoses. The loose end will fit into a small gap between the band and the captive screw. When you turn the screw, it acts as a worm drive, drawing the threads of the band tighter around the hose (or when screwed in the opposite direction, to loosen). They can also be used similarly as a simple means of transmitting small amounts of power. This hose clamp secures a hose over a fitting. It prevents fluid from leaking at the connection by clamping the hose down. Popular attachments include everything from boat engines to pipe fittings.

Key Features:

  • Used in a wide range of industries to secure the transportation of products, liquids, gases, and chemicals.
  • Because of their ease of use, effectiveness, and adaptability, they are extremely popular.
  • Ideal for attaching flexible hoses to solid fittings.
