Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (for example a wrong, damaged or defective item).

Ships Within 1-2 Business Days

We put a high priority on getting your order to you quickly. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Some items take longer to ship, and we will let you know if your order will be delayed. We ship with FedEx, UPS or USPS and choose the best carrier for each order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on your order total. Orders over $1,500.00 ship free. See our Shipping page for the full rate table.
