Suitable for non-IC use where there is no insulation in ceiling or insulation is at least 3" away from housing. Construction One-piece housing & trim. Complete fixtures are designed for retrofit applications. These complete units consist of a one-piece housing that eliminates light leaks and the need for a separate can and trim. A snap-on splice box is provided with an attached ground wire and an opening for the wire clamp. They install easily because the mounting ring holds the trim securely in place in ceilings from 1/8Ó to 1Ó thick.
