At Lightingandsupplies.com, shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Heavy and bulky items require special attention and must be shipped separately. For these items, a standard rate will be charged. Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.

Expected Ship By Dates & Processing

All orders placed may take 3 - 5 business days for processing and shipment. If an item is not available or shipment will be delayed, Lighting and Supplies will refund the full amount of the order to the original payment method (or) identify an equivalent alternative.

Most internet orders ship via FedEx or USPS. Shipments over 2 lbs sent to PO Boxes may incur additional charges. Please contact Customer Service for details.

Express & Overnight Shipping

Express and overnight delivery orders placed after 10am CST will be shipped the following business day. Express and Overnight orders deliver Monday through Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not considered Service Days for Express and Overnight deliveries.

If you have any questions regarding your overnight or express order, please contact 1-888-325-4448 during standard business hours (8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday). Any changes you need to make to the express shipping status must occur within one hour of placing the order or Lightingandsupplies.com will assume the method is accepted and proceed with delivery.

If the order is placed outside of standard business hours, the account manager must be contacted before 10:00 am CST the next business day.

Shipping Details

Ships Within 2 - 3 Business Days

We put a high priority on getting your order to you quickly. Complete orders ship within 2 - 3 business days, Monday-Friday, if all items on the order are in stock. Otherwise, your full order will ship within 24 hours of stock becoming available.

Expedited Shipping

Standard overnight and two-day expedited weekday delivery options are offered on many standard size products within the contiguous U.S. only. Expedited requests are required by 4:00pm ET Monday-Friday. Large orders, heavy items and oversize products may require additional expedited shipping charges. Restrictions may apply based on size, weight, length and cost. Customers will be notified in the event that expedited shipping is not available.

Damaged Shipments

Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchases. Lighting and Supplies is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Contact us immediately and we will file the damage claim and, when necessary, re-ship your order.

Restrictions

Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight or susceptibility to damage. Customers will be notified in the event a product cannot be shipped.

Full Case Quantities Requirement

Certain items are sold only in full case quantities. Lighting and Supplies requires these items be shipped in full cases to help ensure they are not damaged during shipment.
