Made from a 16 flute, mandrel-formed, tapered steel shaft welded to a 6 5/8Ó round (168 mm) steel pole base which is then welded top and bottom to a steel anchor plate. A 4 1/2Ó by 10Ó (114 by 254 mm) maintenance opening is complete with cover and copper ground lug.
