Wrong Item Sent - No Support
When I saw the light fixtures were scheduled for delivery I lined up my electrician to make the installation but when the box arrived it was a completely different item. I called the company but nobody answers and they suggest you email which I did. I waited for a response which came a day later saying the item I purchased was discontinued so they arbitrarily decided to just ship me something else. They promised a refund and shipping labels but 5 days later I am still waiting for those. I could have bought the product they sent on Amazon with faster delivery and better service. This was a disaster and I will never shop at lighting and supplies again. It seems I will have to dispute the charge with the credit card company in order to get any action
