Larson Electronics Pneumatic Light Mast Bottom Mounting Plate PLM-BASE

The Larson Electronics PLM-7-NAC Pneumatic Light MastÊprovides a safe and effective way for operators to quickly deploy lights, security cameras and other equipment to elevations up to 7.2 feet.

This rugged telescoping pneumatic light tower mast is designed to allow operators to quickly and safely deploy lighting and other electrical equipment in locations where the equipment must be elevated to heights up toÊ7.2 feet for effective application. This light boom can be extended toÊ7.2 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed toÊ3.35 feet to bring equipment closer to the target area as well as for transport and storage.

The tower is constructed ofÊhigh strength, heat treated aluminumÊtubing for strength and durability. This tower is comprised of threeÊsections, and includes aÊlocking topÊmountingÊplateÊfor easy removal ofÊlights orÊcameras.ÊThe mast is elevated using anÊair compressor, sold separately. An air release valve located at the base of this pneumaticÊmast allowsÊoperators to lower the tower.ÊThe 16/3 AWGÊwiring is internally routed, meaning no loose wiring whenÊthe tower is collapsed and no exposed wiring to fray or become damaged. The PML-7-NAC includes a three-wire internal wiring harness with 12 inchesÊextending from both ends of the tower to allow easy installation and connection.Ê

These light masts are typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces viaÊsquare mounting base-plate which has been predrilled to accept four mounting bolts. This light tower weighsÊ15 pounds, andÊcan easily support and lift 50Êpound fixtures. The entire tower assembly is shipped via common freight carrier and when shipped measures approximatelyÊ4 feet long, 2 feet wide,Ê2 feet tall and weighsÊ45 lbs. Larson Electronics is a manufacturer and as such, can custom tailor these units to the customerÕs requirements with longer sections and larger mounting plates.ÊÊ

Suggested Applications: Lighting and security camera deployment. We can also equip this mast with 1000W or 1500W Metal Halide lights or a wide variety of high powered LED lights with comparable power, including the LEDLB-200X2E, LEDLB-160X2E or LEDLB-80x2E.
