LED Light Emitter - 24 LEDs - 72 Watts - 900`L X 100`W Beam - 4320 Lumens - 9-32 Volts – Produces Infrared LightPart Number: LEDLB-24-IR-850 BUY AMERICAN COMPLIANT LED Light Bar contains 24 3-watt high powered LEDs providing 72 watts of LED light power, producing 4320 Lumens of output. This LED light emitter bar light runs on any voltage ranging from 9 Volts to 32 Volts. The LEDLB-24-850 emitter produces an infrared light beam (non-visible) in the 850nm or 940nm (customer’s choice) range. Night vision equipment is required to make use of the emitter light. The projected distance of the infrared light is the same as that of the visible beam. We do not filter the visible light with a cut off filter, instead we package 850nm or 940nm LEDs within the array to produce the infrared light. With properly tuned night vision equipment, visibility should meet or exceed the visible range. The wiring harness terminates in a 2 pin Deutsch connector socket. A male Deutsch connector with a 2 wire pigtail is included. The operator will splice the pigtail into an existing harness or wire the unit to the power source. This LED light emitter bar light runs on any voltage ranging from 9 Volts to 32 Volts. These LED lights will sense the incoming voltage and adapt accordingly. The www.larsonelectronics.com LED emitter light bar uses a patent pending LED and reflector combination to provide a high powered, projected light source for vehicles, perimeter management and security applications. Each LED is combined with its own reflector. The material composition and angle of the reflector, paired with the positioning and angle of the LED create a wide spot beam, which is unusual for a LED array, which typically produce short flood patterns. As a result, this LED light produces a projected beam which is more consistent with spotlights. Each IR LED light is manufactured with an extruded aluminum housing, machined aluminum mounts and stainless steel hardware for strength, durability and weather resistance. These LED Light Emitters come standard with flat surface mounts with rubber shock isolators. This isolators are bolted to a single stainless steel bracket that offers the operator a single stud mount. The operator simply drills a 3/8 inch through hole in the mounting surface or bracket and passes the bolt through. A nylock style nut secures the bolt. Our optional BC-2 bar clamp mount offers a 3/8 inch center hole to accommodate this mounting option as well. The BC-2 bar clamp mount for more versatile mounting options on horizontal and vertical rails, pipes, conduit, etc. Click here to learn more about our BC-2 bar clamp mount system. All of our LED emitter bars are IP 67 rated, being both waterproof and dust proof. This LED light emitter bar is unique because of the patent pending technology that pairs a reflector with each LED. Typically LEDs are mounted against a surface and "glow". This glow is often effective at close range, but the light energy drops off rapidly. By pairing each LED with a reflector, the emitted light energy is concentrated and projected outward, so that the "drop off" in light energy does not occur until much greater distances. Like all reflector technology, the amount of light energy projected is directly related to the shape and material of the reflector, as well as the thickness and composition of the lens. Because this LED light bar clusters the LED/reflectors together, the light pattern is both wide and long. This LED light bar emitter produces a wide spot pattern (or a modified spot pattern) which falls in between a narrow spot and a flood pattern. This particular 24 LED model produces a beam that is 900 feet long and 100 feet wide. This 8 inch wide bar produces 4320 lumens with quantity 24 of 3 Watt LEDs, while drawing only 6 amps on 12 volts (3 amps on 24 volts) and offering a 50,000 hour life span. Each light bar is manufactured with stainless steel and aluminum for strength and durability. The light bar measures 8 inches long, 4 inches tall and 2.75 inches deep.
