This Class I Division 2 explosion proof LED light fixture provides 10,000 lumens of lighting power while drawing 100 watt. Constructed from durable die cast aluminum with a tempered glass lens, this C1D2 LED light is built to last. This hazardous location light is rated for 100,000+ hours of lamp life and is ready to be mounted via the attached surface mount, as well as via pendant mounting. The HAL-LED-CPR-C-100 is also a great option when upgrading lighting from older and higher maintenance cost explosion proof lighting. The HAL-LED-CPR-C-100 is available in a wide range of voltage options from 90-305 VAC. It features 84 individual LEDs that offer high-quality light in a 120¡ beam spread. This light is also ATEX rated for European countries. Recommended in a color temp of 5700K, this light is also available in 4000K and 2700K. The cool white of a 5700K color temperature fixture provides clear, bright light for great illumination of any work area. A dust resistant coating protects the rear cooling fins from excessive dust build-up making this hazardous area LED lighting unit from overheating and compromising the lifespan of the LEDs. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Mounting:This C1D2 LED light fixture can be mounted in several different ways including a surface mount and also via pendant mounting. To pendant mount the HAL-LED-CPR-C-100, operators can install a short piece of conduit leading to a junction box less than 10` away from the hazardous area light fixture. Electrical connections would then be made at the junction box rather than directly at the LED fixture. An adjustable bracket for surface mounting is attached to the back of this explosion proof LED light fixture. The bracket is adjustable via two set screws to accommodate various mounting angles.
